A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled six weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. Rental is due for the period booked and no refunds will be permitted, should departure occur at an earlier date for any reason whatsoever.
