Students wishing to reside at the College Residence in 2017 need to fill out the attached application form. Generally it takes 3 years to qualify for a National Diploma. Electrical engineers design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. the building industry and services, including lighting, heating and ventilation. Electrical engineers are involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover. This Qualification will enable recipients of this Qualification to facilitate the all-round development of young children in a manner that is sensitive to culture and individual needs (including special needs), and enable them to provide quality early childhood development services for children in a variety of contexts, including community-based services, ECD centres, at home and in institutions. A financial manager is responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions.
