We offer a comprehensive service from assisting with the establishment of the Association and its member database, to helping organise the associations' conference. We pursue a personalised approach with each association conference that we bid for, or are appointed to deliver. Each contract is treated as a unique relationship that needs nurturing, and receives personal attention and a customised approach, based on the group profile and client objectives. Our preference is to work with each association from the bidding stage through to the final account reconciliation. It is not unusual for us to bid at risk with a client for a conference, as this allows us a window of opportunity to identify and fully understand the objectives of that particular project. No detail is too small or demanding, as one critical aspect of an entire conference can determine its success or failure. The Conference Company team covers: marketing, finance and registration, project management, abstract and speaker co-ordination as well as exhibition management. The project team, with their combined expertise, is carefully selected to meet the client's requirements. With our considerable experience of a wide range of conferences gained over nearly two decades we bring the best possible service at a reasonable rate. It is imperative to our reputation that confidentiality is maintained at all times. With extensive experience acquired over the last 20 years, The Conference Company offers a specialist strategic consultancy service, including but not limited to the following key areas of international and national association conferencing. Assisting the national association to bid for the International Conference. (We offer this service at no charge, working with the local bureaus and tourism bodies to ensure due diligence.) Structure and formatting of relevant and conference specific budgets. Co-ordination of financial support from the National and Regional Convention Bureau with regard to marketing, optimising participation and providing support services. Setting up of an independent entity to host the conference and comply with the financial statutory requirements under the South African framework. Formulating a conference specific project plan with timelines, milestones and actions. Tender compilation for conference services from suppliers, transparent evaluation processing procedure, appointment and contract negotiation. The Conference Company role in coordinating, planning and executing the logistics of the event was spectacular, and at most of the times they exceeded our expectation.
