Our search for and evaluation of prospective Non-profit partners is robust and takes a facilitative approach. Mediating the relationship between Corporate funder and Non-profit organisation focuses on defining expectations and objectives, co-ordinating internal and external communication, programme design, reporting and employee engagement to ensure both funder and implementation partners' needs are balanced. We are privileged to work as independent external monitors for some of the world's leading global sportswear brands, including PUMA and adidas. Our work as monitors includes auditing manufacturers to ensure compliance with the relevant brands' code of conduct, from a social/labour, health & safety and environmental perspective. We are also engaged to provide consulting support to achieve required systemic improvements to ensure compliance. Our work in ensuring ethical trade within supply chains extends to include research assignments to identify trends and opportunities for improvements along the value chain, with a special focus on clothing and footwear. We work with our clients to help develop and articulate what 'sustainability' means in their context and how to successfully communicate their sustainable approach to business through all brand touch points.
