This organic material breaks down into compost boxes that is reused in the garden. Kitchen waste (veggies and fruits) are placed in a Wizzard Worm container, which enables us to dispose of organic waste, feed our plants/vegetables using the worms natural excretions and reduce cost and increase yield. Ensure that staff is familiar with the issues and ways of avoiding environmental impacts and to communicate it to the guests. Have clearly labelled separate bins for plastic, metal, paper and glass to help recycling.
