I have the following comments with regards to the service experience thus far:
1. The truck was incorrectly sized, 2 trips had to be arranged taking 5 days to move everything
2. Contract agreed upon but not kept. Alternative arrangements not maintained
3. The packers had to reminded that the boxes with the orange fragile stickers cannot be loaded at the bottom of the stacked boxes
4. No furniture covers or bed covers as stipulated in the quote were supplied, they only used bubble wrap on my insistence, I supplied them buff tape as none was supplied. I have multiple scratches, damage and breakage.
5. Their quote provided for 7 staff and a supervisor only 2 supplied
6. Their agreed upon dates were collection on 24/02/2018 and delivery on 25/02/2018, I finally got my household goods on 01/03/2018
7. Had to travel 1120 km at our own cost to be present for the 2nd truck to be loaded
This is by far the worst Moving Company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them for any move
