Managing Director Wayne has served in various management positions within Lime Distributors prior to being appointed Managing Director of that subsidiary in His responsibilities were extended in 2007 with responsibility for the Lime Division’s marketing function before being appointed to the position of Deputy Managing Director. Following the formation of SynChem, Wayne has been appointed as the Managing Director of Idwala Industrial Holdings Limited. Leslie has 17 years plus experience in finance and strategy. Rakesh was then appointed as the General Manager of Idwala Carbonates until he was promoted into his current role early in She was appointed to head up the Human Resources function within Idwala in 2012 as part of the drive towards Shared Services. Eugene has focused on Industrial Sales and Marketing and has spent many years selling cement and lime in Africa. He was later appointed as Engineering Superintendent of Industrial Minerals. He left in 1995 to join Corobrik where he occupied positions in the processing and mining division. In 2003 Andy joined the Idwala Group and took up the position of Quarry Manager at Idwala Carbonates.
