Over the years, we had started a trend that grew which began attracting different aspects of the Retail Sector. Two years later, KZN Superformance tapped into the Shopping Centre industry, taking its’ extraordinary product to new levels of consumer and business satisfaction. In 2005 we had reviewed our situation and decided to enter into a new level of service provision with a brand new identity, and hence launched Genser Marketing. Our primary function and purpose at Genser is to provide small to medium sized businesses with professional market research, help identify target markets, create a visual identity, brand analysis and management, marketing strategies and focus on a sustainable advertising and marketing campaign. Adding value to the organisations with which we do business inspires us. It’s not our style to just dispense advice or provide a service. We are passionate about implementing ideas effectively to achieve our clients’ goals. Together, we roll up our sleeves and get into the detail to deliver. Genser consists of a small team of passionate heads with an entrepreneurial spirit and are encouraged by one another to share bright ideas, knowledge, views and challenge our tasks, delivering quality.
