The DurbaKnights Ice Hockey Club© is based at the Durban Ice Rink.
It is built on skill, self-esteem, develop self-confidence, strength and co-ordination, puck handling and shooting.
Ice hockey is the fastest team sport in the world played on ice by almost 2 million players of all ages.
The benefits for children are numerous: learning skills that enhance their agility, passing, requires quick thinking and fast reactions along with the development of many special skills such as skating, teamwork, discipline, speed, sportsmanship and teamwork skills. Ice hockey is one of the fastest growing women's sports in the world, with the number participants increasing 350 percent in the last 10 years.
