Over a period of 14 months, with Elizabeth's input and assistance we planned the perfect trip. During our trip, Elizabeth and her support team were very helpful when a couple of things went wrong with our resevations (hotel/lodge mixed up resevations). Of particular note is that Elizabeth kept in touch after the sale was closed and payment was made. Throughout the planning process, communications were clear, professional and filled with personal inight and humor. She'll work with you on meeting your travel and budget requrements and provide you spot on advice. The natural beauty of SA, as well as the learning experiences we had (hearing people’s attitudes toward Mandela, the open discussion of racial history by everyone we talked to, etc), SA food, inexpensive but good wines. The hotels you selected were just perfect for each city. Being near the water and walking in Port Elizabeth, the view from Villa Africana in Knysna, etc etc. The route and various stops you selected were great. The weather was great, the hotels were amazing and the food was halal in almost all the places we stayed in. We had a great time and appreciate so much all your hard work on the trip. Each of the camps provided a unique experience and we loved all three as well as Cape Town and Victoria Falls. Well, every single trip has been really great without any kind of problem. We love so much SA, and you and your colleagues let us enjoy the best of SA in a very relaxing way. We saw many animals and some very interesting sites. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
