Financial Director Date of Birth: 22 July 1964 Qualification: National Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Durban Institute of Technology) With over 20 years in the industry, gaining broad and varied experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Construction management, Ian ensures the success of Construction ID’s Contracts. He and his team in the Head Office ensure that the sites have the full support that is required. Ian began his career as a student/employee with Howard Slater & Partners in Since then he has worked with the National Builders (Div of KwaZulu Natal Financial Corporation) as well as Amalgamated Construction (Div of Murray & Roberts). Remaining with the company when it was bought out by Group 5, David went on to become a Contracts Manager, working on prestigious projects. In 2004, Dave joined Stephanutti and Bressan for the short period before joining up with Ian White and starting up Construction ID. Dave is well known in the industry and is a charismatic character that ensures personal but professional management of all contracts. Stuart became a working student, studying his National Diploma in Building management whilst carrying out practical experience with Stevenson Construction. During that time he spent four years gaining international experience in both Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. With many years of experience in large contracts of multi-storey buildings, he offers the Construction ID team a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry. With 12 years experience in the industry Charles provides a very personnel and professional service to his Clients and is responsible for all Commercial aspects relating to key Projects.
