Compliance Projects provides the development and improvement of management systems (ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO13485, HACCP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) through the design and installation of cleanrooms design, hygiene and process controls. Laboratory (wet, instrumentation and microbiological) design and qualification. Conceptual and detailed design of facilities, utilities (water, electricity, compressed air), HVAC, process equipment and work practices for production to realise first class GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations and activities through contract, design, installation, commissioning, validation, qualification and project financial management. Compliance Projects executes the discipline of designing, planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives to meet GMP and regulatory requirements in the FOOD, MEDICINE, MEDICAL DEVICE, COSMETICS & LABORATORY sectors. Located in Durban, Sydney Road, the project was to upgrade the pharmaceutical factory to the required cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) for powders and liquids production. Brazilian Federal Republic and the President of the Republic of Mozambique approved for the transfer of technology and construction to Mozambique of an ARV production unit for ARV tablet and capsule production (SMM).
