Cocktails & Caviar was started in 2007 as an owner run business. In 2010 Michael Martin, Claire Spack and Carla Janse van Rensburg collaborated to form Cocktails & Caviars event management sector, Jean Kemp, Latiff Vally, in order to assist our clients from A to Z with any event they require. In 2008 we started marketing into the private sector with great success. The initial focus was to supply hospitality staff and mobile bars to catering and event management companies. Since then the company has mushroomed and spread into many other areas including mobile bars, events management and catering; making the company what it is today.
