Broleigh Instore Systems expanded from the already successful stainless steel manufacturing business of Broleigh Precision Sheet Metal to acknowledge a gap in the market for the manufacture of top quality instore systems using our vast knowledge of the steel industry.

Providing a complete service from the computer generated design of our products, to the manufacture of the individual components, powder coated assembly, and delivery of a sensational finished product. Broleigh Medical Systems is proud to be an approved and accredited supplier to the Department of Health and their approved Consultant Engineers. In our quest to keep abreast of technological advancement we equip our facility with the latest engineering equipment, offering services to the field of mortuary medical equipment and installations. Our services include an in-house CAD design facility, enabling us to provide a complete service from concept to design to manufacture and installation of completed product. We have to our credit the completion of several Government and Private approved mortuaries including various stainless steel items such as Stainless Steel door frames and cladded doors, work tops, a variety of racking and shelving systems, autopsy tables, instrument cabinets, reconstruction sinks, hydraulic trolleys and lifts. The company operated from a small factory in Glen Anil, Durban. Broleigh specialized in a core business of metal pressings, supplying a range of components to the automotive and heating element industries. Bruce’s engineering background and ambition led to rapid expansion as he continued to identify further needs within the metal component industry. Before long the expansion resulted in Broleigh outgrowing the premises and Bruce embarked on the building of a new factory to accommodate Broleigh’s steadily increasing machinery and equipment and staff complement. The new premises was completed during 1994 and the stage was set for Broleigh to reach new heights. Over the years, the Company continued to grow, and 1999 saw Broleigh aquiring its first CNC punching machine and expanding once again; this time into the sheet metal industry. This expansion resulted in the Company relocating once again to the current premises at Sasswood Road, GlenAnil. During 2003 the decision was taken to shift the focus of the business to sheet metal fabrication and the pressing division was sold in September. Today Broleigh offers a wide range of services and expertise in component manufacture, CNC Laser Cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, metal assemblies, specialists welding, guillotining and rolling. Our current client base comprises a variety of industry including refrigeration, electronic/electrical panels, office furniture, shop fitting, point of purchase and advertising companies and the motor industry. Our product range includes cabinets for various applications, a wide variety of office furniture components, point of purchase, promotional, advertising products and signs and motor vehicle canopy manufacture. Broleigh’s service to the client is enhanced by our in-house computerized design facility, enabling us to provide a complete service from design of a product, manufacture of individual components, powder-coated assembly, to the delivery of a complete product.
