All quotations are subject to the availability of products or services and are subject to any increases in the cost price for whatever reason to Best Branding before acceptance of the order. The order is only accepted by Best Branding once it has been confirmed in writing by the Customer. All quotes are subject to stock availability at the time of confirming the order. Stock changes on a daily basis and therefore stock availability cannot be guaranteed until a deposit has been paid and we have confirmed the order with our supplier. A Payment does not infer acceptance of the order as Best Branding can only confirm stock once the Customer has paid. Completion date will be agreed upon prior to starting any work for the Customer. Best Branding will not accept branded or custom made goods for exchange. All non-faulty returns/exchanges will be subject to a handling fee of 25% of the total amount of the invoice. Goods returned will be either replaced or a credit given at Best Branding’s discretion. Best Branding cannot accept returns on incorrect items which have already been branded regardless of whether it’s Best Branding’ s fault or not. Once an order on memory sticks has been collected from us, Best Branding cannot accept a return on it. Best Branding cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of import procedures such as customs right to inspect all incoming goods. At the customer’s request, Best Branding will cause goods to be delivered to the customer via courier, which costs shall be debited to the customer and payable by the customer prior to delivery of the goods. Should the customer require the goods to be insured, the customer will be liable for the payment of such insurance upon dispatch of the goods by Best Branding. If items have to be re-delivered because they were refused, undeliverable or unclaimed due to incorrect address details provided by the client, the client will be billed and held liable for any additional delivery costs. Best Branding shall be entitled in its sole discretion to split the delivery of the products ordered in the quantities and on the dates it decides. The Customer is solely responsible for determining that the goods purchased are suitable for the purposes they intend to use it for. All sample orders need to be paid for and collected within 5 working days of invoice and if not paid and collected within this time, they will be cancelled. The original invoice relevant to the samples needs to accompany the returned goods before a credit note will be issued and a refund effected. Any delay in providing your artwork and/or receiving your artwork approval could affect the delivery date and we cannot be held responsible for this. Any changes requested to be made to the artwork may also affect the delivery date. Any changes required, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production starts.
