APOS Birth and Maternity Services offers support and education to birthing families through HypnoBirthing Classes. HypnoBirthing (The Mongan Method), is simply a method used to empower birthing families to achieve calmer and gentler births. This is done by educating birthing families about the birthing body’s natural processes and how we can assist our babies and birthing bodies to do what they do naturally, free of fear and other inhibitors.
